1. Tap to MENU bottom on your android phone.
2. Then scroll down to SEETINGS or SYSTEM SETTINGS.
3. Goto Account and Sync Settings.
4. Then remove that mark on Background Data, you'll see a pop up warning message just ignore and remove the mark.
After that now you will get a cheap rate when you activate a data bundle on any network that you've use on your area.
